Utilizing the EquipX platform will enable Siemens to perform comprehensive financial and performance analyses of its equipment; identify and adjust underutilized assets for redeployment and optimization; and forecast the full P&L of existing and future equipment portfolios.

In addition, the company will have access to the true market value of its equipment and gain insight on the more opportune points in time to sell clinical devices.

“EquipX specializes in maximizing the financial return on investment of capital equipment, a critical and timely solution to curb one of the largest expenses for hospitals and health systems today.” Ilan Mintz, EquipX Founder and CEO added, “We are thrilled to announce this partnership, and we look forward to putting critical information at Siemens Healthineers clients’ fingertips to help with capital planning, life cycle management, and service contracts.”
