Salem, VA -- First Call Parts and RSTI have reached a training agreement where RSTI will begin teaching the Axiom Artis training program at the First Call Part's headquarters in Salem, Virginia.

The goal is to offer customers a complete solution. Both parties cited a desire to expand their offerings and leverage their core competencies. RSTI has been offering the finest diagnostic imaging training for over 27 years and brings a proven teaching method to this opportunity. First Call Parts will provide its technical expertise on the Axiom Artis platforms to assist in the evolution of the training program it has been offering for the last 2 years.

"As the number of students attending the class reaches a critical mass, it is important that we remain focused on our commitment to the customer", said First Call Parts President Steve Bush. Our commitment to quality requires the utilization of engineers for the testing of parts, technical support, and parts identification. The agreement also provides the ability to focus on new generations of the Axiom Artis platform and related technologies; ultimately growing our part support capabilities. Bush states, "high quality course offerings and RSTI's reputation in the market compliment our vision for parts, support, and customer service".

"RSTI has often worked with other companies to bring high quality, high technology training courses to our students. One of our main goals for this, other than the obvious opportunity to use equipment we don't have in our facility, is to work with companies that can help the student beyond the classroom with parts and on-going support. Programs like this will make it possible for our students to be very successful". Dale Cover, President, RSTI.
