Commure, a healthcare technology company based in Mountain View, California, has acquired Memora Health, a digital care navigation platform.

The move aims to enhance Commure's portfolio, which includes AI-driven tools for patient engagement, clinical documentation, revenue cycle management, and real-time location systems (RTLS).

Memora Health's platform uses AI to streamline complex patient care journeys by automating clinical workflows and supporting two-way communication between patients and care teams. With its integration into CommureOS, Commure’s proprietary platform, the company plans to offer personalized care pathways and improve operational outcomes for healthcare organizations.
