Kelsey Salle is a healthcare executive with over 12 years of experience leading strategy, operations, and cross-functional initiatives across payer, provider, and digital health settings. She has a track record of driving clinical innovation, improving care delivery, and optimizing enterprise performance.

Most recently, Kelsey served as Director of Care Navigation at Rippl Care, where she led remote clinical operations and scaled the CMS GUIDE program in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association. Prior to that, she was Chief of Staff and Lead Corporate Strategist at Premera Blue Cross, aligning executive leadership through strategic planning, OKRs, and internal communications.

Kelsey also spent seven years in leadership roles at Providence Health System, overseeing ambulatory operations, strategic partnerships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, coaching youth soccer, and spending time with her family.
