BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — HealthPartners today announced that Carrie Stobba has joined the organization as vice president of scheduling and patient access.

In her new role, Stobba leads efforts to ensure timely and appropriate access to care across HealthPartners’ care group, including primary and specialty care, and hospital-based services. Her work focuses on building simple and predictable systems for patients to get the care they need and want, when and where they want it.

“Carrie brings strong experience in making healthcare simpler, more affordable and highly reliable,” said Megan Remark, HealthPartners executive vice president and chief operating officer. “She’ll help us continue making it easier for patients to access the care they need.”

Twenty of Stobba’s 22 years in healthcare have been in leadership. She returns to the Twin Cities, where she began her career as a physical therapist at North Memorial Health after receiving her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Minnesota. Stobba most recently was vice president of medical group services at Advocate Health in Charlotte, N.C., where she led clinic operations, ambulatory data analytics development, patient experience improvement, integrated call center strategy, electronic health record and operational enhancements, and access strategies.

“I’m honored and excited to join HealthPartners,” Stobba said. "This team shows its commitment to serving members, patients and our community with every decision.
