Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas has partnered with Tampa, Florida-based NewVue to introduce Exa Teleradiology, a new cloud-native platform designed to streamline reading workflows across distributed radiology environments.
The solution combines Konica Minolta’s Exa platform with NewVue’s AI-enabled workflow orchestration. It is intended to support radiologists working across multiple systems and locations by consolidating reading tools and workflows into a single interface. The platform integrates study access, advanced image viewing, and reporting functions, aiming to reduce manual tasks and minimize IT maintenance.
According to the companies, Exa Teleradiology incorporates an AI-curated worklist and a consolidated “Radiologist Cockpit” that delivers a unified desktop for reading, reporting, and communication tasks. Features include a zero-footprint viewer, full 3D image reconstruction, and built-in modules for peer review, discrepancy management, and critical result reporting.
