DOTmed News met with Xavier Silva of St. Luke's Baptist Hospital and Willie Arbuthnot of Baptist Medical Center at this year's HCP Radiology and Imaging Conference in San Diego, Calif.
The two administrators from Texas talked about topics ranging from industry trends and challenges to the impact of health care reform.
Silva pointed out that one challenge in the industry is keeping employees at the education level necessary to do their jobs.
