Aidoc has secured $150 million in new financing to accelerate the rollout of its clinical AI technologies, including CARE, the company's foundation model designed to assist with physician decision-making.
The funding round includes a $40 million revolving credit facility and brings the company’s total raised to $370 million.
The investment was led by General Catalyst and Square Peg, with participation from NVentures, NVIDIA’s venture capital arm, and four major U.S. health systems: Hartford HealthCare, Mercy, Sutter Health and WellSpan Health.

Based in New York, Aidoc develops artificial intelligence tools that support clinical decision-making and streamline provider workflows. The company reports its technology is in use at over 150 health systems, supporting care for more than 45 million patients annually, with a goal of reaching 100 million patients in three years. Additional partners include Mount Sinai Health System, Yale New Haven Health, Northwell Health and Temple Health.
CARE, Aidoc’s clinical-grade foundation model trained on multimodal data, has already powered two FDA-cleared solutions. According to the company, CARE enables faster development of new applications and is expected to support up to 90% of clinically relevant diseases within three years.
Alongside CARE, the company is investing in aiOS, an enterprise platform designed to manage multiple AI solutions across health systems. Aidoc says aiOS supports both its own and third-party models, with nearly 70% of its customers currently using external applications on the platform.

Aidoc plans to invest more than $150 million in partnerships with NVIDIA and AWS to support CARE’s deployment, with a focus on computing infrastructure and real-time AI performance.
