Gleamer has acquired Pixyl and Caerus Medical, expanding its AI imaging capabilities to include MR applications.

The Paris-based company, which already offers AI solutions for X-ray, mammography, and CT, said the acquisitions will help establish it as a comprehensive provider of AI-driven radiology tools.

Pixyl specializes in brain MRI analysis and is known for its software, Pixyl.Neuro, which assists in detecting neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease. The company’s AI solution is both FDA-cleared and CE-marked, and it has been gaining traction, particularly as new reimbursement pathways emerge in the U.S.
