TMA Systems has acquired EQ2, a provider of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) designed for healthcare organizations.
The move strengthens TMA Systems’ presence in clinical engineering and facility management, enhancing its ability to support hospitals and medical facilities in maintaining equipment, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Tulsa, Oklahoma-based TMA Systems offers enterprise asset and maintenance management solutions across industries, while EQ2 specializes in healthcare-specific asset management through its HEMS platform. By integrating EQ2’s expertise in clinical equipment management with TMA Systems' broader enterprise asset management capabilities, the acquisition aims to deliver a more comprehensive suite of solutions for healthcare organizations.

This marks TMA Systems’ fifth acquisition since 2021, aligning with the company's broader growth strategy. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
