Sectra has secured a 12-year contract to provide its enterprise imaging solution, Sectra One Cloud, across all public hospitals in Québec, Canada.

The deal comes amidst a legal challenge to the contract, but a recent preliminary ruling by the Superior Court of Québec allowed the project to proceed.

The agreement, valued at $405.5 million CAD ($300 million), includes a vendor-neutral archive (VNA) along with specialized modules for radiology, breast imaging, and orthopedics. Québec's healthcare system, which performs around 12 million examinations annually across 150 sites, will benefit from enhanced collaboration and streamlined workflows through this unified platform.
