Counterfeit DOTmed certifications

por Philip F. Jacobus, CEO | March 23, 2016
There is a company out there in cyberspace that for $275 will issue counterfeit DOTmed credentials. They say imitation is the greatest form of flattery but it worries me nevertheless.

It is ridiculous because at DOTmed, we provide these credentials free of charge; DOTmed Certification and DOTmed 100 have always been a free designation that we grant to our qualified Users. We monitor these credentials carefully because our best known firms get more business from their DOTmed badges.

Please remember just because somebody displays a DOTmed badge, it is prudent to go to our website and double check their listing in our Services Directory or Virtual Trade Show to confirm their status. It is always a good idea in today's world to investigate a company before you do business with them.

Remember, you can pay for a fake badge but you cannot pay for fake ratings on DOTmed.
