hello colleagues, can anyone help out? my siemens magnetom c MRI during a scanning procedure of the neck suddenly developed some technical problems.The error message displayed was GRADIENT POWER AMPLIFIER ERROR. X-AXIS CONTROLLER LOOP ERROR OR CONTROLLER ERROR SIGNAL TOO HIGH.POWER STAGE'S TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH ( HEAT SINK OR AIR )

Check your secondary chiller and connectors to the gradient check your chiller flow to the gradient.
