I have a 730 expert BT04 and after being unplugged for 10 days not the system boot ok but the LED touch screen does not start up. Any suggestion. what should I do? do I need to call a technician?
Have you checked the connection in the back of the unit yet? If possible, check for an RS-232 or USB connector in back of the monitor. Make sure there is a cable plugged into it and is connected to a source you want it connected to.
If there is a cable connected to the connector from the monitor to the source, try to find out if it is a driver issue with the unit. It might be the driver or it could be a loose connector inside of the LED monitor (I doubt this is the issue since you just left the unit unplugged for 10 days).
Please let me know the details and keep me updated so I can try assisting you through the process.
Thank you so much,
Actually the unit was unplugged because was in transit from my facility to another state. I sold the unit in perfect condition but when got to destination the person receiving it told me that the touch screen does not work, I showed him a video recorded the day before shipping which showed the unit in perfect functioning condition and he send me back a video showing the unit booting on and the touch screen displaying booting but then nothing else happened. The monitor works but the LED touch screen is completely blank. Please help.

When you mean that the touch screen is completely blank, do you mean that the touch screen is not responding when there is contact with fingers?
If this is the case, it could possibly be that something happened in transit. The monitor could have shaken too much that the touch screen cable has disconnected from the control board inside. I highly doubt this is the issue since you shipped this in perfect condition.
If the monitor you sold is just only the monitor and that monitor plugs into a PC for example, then that is a software issue. Because the PC does not recognize the touch screen, they need to download the touch screen's driver for calibration.

I think the software calibration is the issue..
