I have a voluson 730 expert with a problem on the touchscreen. The system boots correctly and activate all functions, both displays work correctly, but the touchscreen don't work. It doesn't display any error or warning, it only doesn't work. All the connections seems fine, all voltages are fine, no visible damage. Something I noticed is that on other systems when it is booting it usually shows an arrow (like a mouse) that respond to the finger movement (i know because I have played with it), but in this case that arrow is not present.
Does anyone know what could be happening??
Does anyone know how to reload the system using the recovery partition??
