I am looking to buy a 3 year old rad room with Tingle 12 system. Does anybody have experience with this brand or model. Are they reliable, produce good pictures, etc. (It is for a urologist office, perhaps 20 patients per day, so it doesn't have to be "hospital grade"
I installed a new Tinkle X-ray room about 3 years ago. The generator was OK but the tubestand and table were a joke. Service manuals were awful. I had to disable the colomn rotation just to have a chance to align the central ray between 40 and 72 inches. Tech support is non existent. Good luck to you. I had a very bad experience. I will never install another, unless someone pays me alot of money to do it.
