sonos 5500 boot problem

Hi everybody, I have a problem in a Philips sonos 5500, it doesn´t boot up: the keyboard and touch screens don´t turn on, only the monitor displays a self test. It looks like a software problem. Does anyone have an opinion about this? Can somebody help me with the software? thank you.

Check the voltages in the power supply but i think you a problem with keyscanner board which is located under the keyboard,the big board where all the flat cables connects to.
