Sequoia 512 stops while startingup

I'm facing a strange issue on my sequoia 512 that sometimes stops during startup and remains frozen and cannot switch off the machine by pressing the on/off button. I need cut the mains disconnecting the cordon power and restart the system after few minutes to get the system working again.
Any suggestion?

Check the BDM board to make sure the memory cards are in tight and also check the power supply to make sure it's clean sometimes dust gets in there and shorts it out.

This looks like your HDD is dying. Better get a copy of it using ghost and backup your settings on MOD, then prepare another HDD.

Thank you guys, I've already backed up the hard drive and checked all the boards of the rack. I'm gonna check the power suplly next week and then will see what happen
