Hi, I get an equipment stopped working, it doesn't pass the daily QA. it does everything ok in the QA, but at the end displays failure. the error log shows: 22313 References values Failure.

Thee HV cables from both sides should seated good, also you can regrease using silicon oil .

Hi Abel,
Reference count failures are typically an indication of a failing x-ray tube. If you want to send us the complete error log I would be happy to take a look at it. It would be good to look and see if the tube is leaking any oil from the expansion bellows. That is fairly typical with this type of failure.
