Problem with a GE 2000D Digital Mammography System

The following message comes up when I start a New Patient:

"Problem Occurred during Image Declaration. Please restart Medical Application to launch recovery procedure."

I have already runned fsck -y and also rebuilt database and still have the same problem.

Any ideas?

I would just do a load from cold. takes only a couple of hours. cures many erratic problems.
