my system dit not boot and post this messege:
PXE-E61:Media test failure,check cable
PXE-MOF:Existing Intel Boot Agent
Disk Boot Failue,Insert the System Disk and press Enter
i insert System SW BEP4 and rich to installation menu when choosing A(to reinstall all) or B(repair)i have this message box:
File Name (546)
output error file to the following location
A:\GHOSTERR;TXT
OK Cancel
is any body can tell me what wrong with my sytem

Hopefully you wrote down you s/w keys and or have a backup. The first key is more or less the windows product key, you will find the windows sticker on the BEP. Once you enter that you will then be able to install you backup and that will have all your option keys on it. Note: You are only getting this because you replaced the hdd, if you are re-installing on a drive that had s/w on it in the past you will not see this msg.

I have seen the GE FE's print a hard copy of the configuration and leave it on-site somewhere in the system, If you can not find a copy I think you will have to call GE. Your local engineer should have a copy of all the keys. I do not know of any other way to get the keys for you.

but now after reload in new media,
asking LICENCE KEYS.

i found licence keys,
install it
and then i can scan now
but there is no backup MO,
what can i do to restore all the option keys in it

System SW BEP4 ver. 2.0.6
Application SW ver. 6.1.1
I have a question concerning my Vivid 7 Win XP machine. Excuse my newbie questioning.
1. Does any of the Vivid 7 comes with embedded Win XP installation and thus would have HDD ? And, based on my info. would it come with it.
2. What exactly is the installation procedure for this machine using my System SW BEP4?
3. Why & When would you use the license key or when is it requested ?
