I LOST THE ENCRYPTION CODES. I HAD THEM PRINTED BUT NOW THAT I CHANGED THE BATTERIES AND TRIED TO REWRITE THEM THE SYSTEM SAYS "INVALID ENCRYPTION2" ANY IDEAS??? THANKS

the serial number is in the cvc board!
if you can change the software serial can change.
I have a problem with the probe area on the screen appears line curves with probe C366 also with out probe C366 remains the probe area with curved lines on the screen. Same situation with probe EV519. Can you help me to fix this problem? I can send by email ultrasound pictures with line curves on acuson screen. Thank you.

on the cvc board has a entegre(27c64),the serial number code is in this entegre.
i have serial number 19760 ennription's and entegre software copys.
on this serial working all art probs and all options.
ican write encription but you need the eprom software to.
