Printing Problems
September 26, 2022 01:05
In my laboratory we have 2 FUJI printing equipment, the DRYPIX 6000, 5700 and 5850 models and we have 2 equipment to perform image digitization, one CARESTREAM and the other is a FUJI capsule type.
With the CARESTREAM equipment I have no problem being able to print to either of the two printers, but with the FUJI CÁPSULA equipment I cannot print to any of them, obviously from the computer equipment with which I obtain the digitized image, send the order but the impression never leaves.
I carried out network tests (specifically ping tests) and all the tests are satisfactory to all the nodes: printers respond to the ping, the computer from which the image is digitized in CARESTREAM responds, anyway... communication exists between the nodes by That seems even weirder to me.
They are all within the 10.0.0 network.
Specifically:
5850: 10.0.0.3
5700: 10.0.0.5
PC EQUIPMENT TO DIGITALIZE FUJI CAPSULE: 10.0.0.25
TEAM FUJI CAPSULE: 10.0.0.15
From the computer, if I send PING, any of the other 3 makes a satisfactory ping, but not the prints.
I wish you could give me your opinion about it.
P.S. Since I have a lan network with free nodes, I have already made cable changes to those nodes, changes between the switches, etc. and I have not achieved anything.
I send you an image obtained in the FUJI software that obtains the images of the capsule digitizer so that you notice that the status always marks it as "waiting for image processing" but the image never goes out to any of the printers in any of the plate measurements that we handle.
I will be on the lookout.
Thank you!
