Printer offline after installing Agfa drystar version 1.95

Greetings friends, I installed Agfa drystar software version 1.95 successfully, but now, the printer simply displays OFFLINE on startup. When I check the software version on the printer screen, it displays version 1.95 meaning the installation was successful.
Pls, what can I do to correct this error and get the printer up and running.
