Hello members,
I have a problem with my picker x-ray machine and kindly request for your assitance. When switched on,the machine starts but shows "00" for all the parameters (KV, mAs, and Time) and then goes off. Some times it shows a reading of 0.33 or 0.44 or 0.99 for time and then goes off. It also looks like the machine doesnt charge since all the lights on the charger boards do not light.There also no lights showing the state of charge on the machine.
There are three groups of battery on the MXM
Two are 48 volts and the third 36 volts.
One of the 48 group will be connected in series with the 36 volts, this is for the X-Ray generator
Check if you have the voltages on all of them.
At least you need to have voltage on one of the 48volt group, the one that power the processor and low voltage power supply.
Let me know if you have the service manual, otherwise it will be impossible for you to fix this machine.

Hi Jose,
we have a similiar problem. When we plug the unit in, we get the fan working on the charger, but nothing else. No lights.
If I put a volt meter on the batteries when the charger is supposed to be charging-what should I read?
