i am triying to get some help with a problem whith this machine, i have replaced the EEprom IC26 of the microprocessor PCB because i was getting some errors, now when i do an exposure with some factors i got the error E97, it says an overlong exposure but i measured the mAs and KVp values and were ok, with other values i do not have any error 5 mAS and 65KVP for example, i do not know if the machine needst o be recalibrated and in this case i would like to know how to access the calibration procedure.

It does not have aec option, i have no idea how to disable it in case that it is programed. the machine have all the apr active. but the error happens even in manual mode.

my friend really you need to calibrate the machine beause some of parameter was change but is easy to do this only you need to makesure that the heating current be set.

yes i think it needs to be recalibrated the machine because i have swapped several Printed circuit boards of another machine, for recalibration is it necesary to use the program keyswitch with steps 1,2 and 3 or just to acces the the process by means of the switch 2 to get access the level 2 on the system?

Does it have an optional AEC. This could be active, try to disable this. Good luck
