Hello everybody, sorry about my english is not my natural language. I am having problems with a practix 300. When I pulse preparation the equip get stuck and nothing happen. If someone have been dealing with this equip knows that there is a signal call "KV enable" that if you look at the service manual says that appear when you power on the unit. I don´t have that signal and I suppose that is why when you try to prepares the equip doesn´t respond. I want to know to what parameters respond the availability of "kv enable" or if it is only softaware generated.

Thank for your time. The filaments are ok. You can see its trough the tube window and are lighting (of course one per time)
