Philips Easy Diagnost Problem....

I have a flaw in the tilt of the table team digestive Philips Easy Diagnosis, during the fall and jump placing locks on the screen of seriograph "ERROR, CALL SERVICE" and the lights of selection density of the patient (3 lights) are all intermittent.

What it is this failure?.
or somebody has service manual of this seriografo ..
I have manuals philips diagnosis but this version is the Easy Diagnosis.
