Need Help! with TRANSFER ERROR TIME OUT, Beckman AcT Diff 5 CP

Please someone help, I have a Beckman Coulter AcT Diff 5 CP Hematology unit with a Sensor error, it is the transfer Error Time Out that appears when Im starting the machine.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions, this is the sensor attached to the Diff bath and it does seems like there is more reagent in that bath, We check valves, voltage, sensor adjusting etc. still with the error.

Hi Guillermo,
The issue is related to a sensor that is located before the Aperture, (either adjust the sensor or replace it if it is not possible to adjust any more)

I have a problem with the Act Diff 5 CP. There is no communication betweeen the Analyzer and the Computer. Do you think its neccesary to reinstall the software? Please help me. Here in Mexico I cant find technical assistance.
