LORAD MIV power problem

I am work with a problem with a MIV it is not power on.
check all fuse all is ok . in the power card the led is green and Tp1 have 24 volts but tp2 no have.
check all security swith and all is ok.
I suspet problem in power card?? I could apreciated clue thanks firends

The led green is on in the power card and test this card and it is ok.
power switch in the console or brake in the gantry?

Try move the column manually for release of the switch limit position. And check if it work again
