I've BT'03 CRT LOGIQ 7
Not booting up, there is LOGIQ GE Splash screen and progress bar keep on moving
TGC LED's are ON
Tried to reset, BE & FE Cable, HDD Cable
But still the same
System was completely off and stored for almost 5 months.
During First Start up there is message "Unable to find Floppy Drive Press F1 to proceed or Del to go to setup, If I go to BIOS to change the boot order from Floppy to HDD0, doesn't save the changes then system restart and I have to Press F1 again to proceed.
System was working fine and able to get into imaging before it was stored five months back
Like Rey said, check your BIOS battery, since it keeps asking you for setup. It should be at least 3V.
For the system not booting, I would try to disconnect the front end from the back end. There's a wide grey ribbon cable going from the back end to the front end. Disconnect that cable and power to the front end to see if the system boots up all the way. If it does boot up all the way, then your front end may be causing the system to hang at the loading screen.
If your system still hangs at loading, then the issue may be in your back end processor. Check your voltages from the back end power supply to see if they aren't being loaded down. Also, make sure all fans in the BEP is working.

Hi, Humayun! I agree with Rey. But, I'd like to suggest you to take the BEP and all its internal boards off and installing a regular HDD and some other OS, intending to check if the BEP works as a normal PC. Other: you said you reset the SCSI cable between PC2IP and FEC boards. You might have or PC2IP either FEC, or both boards defective (those could cause the boot to stop - check a red LED on FEC board during the boot). This L7 was stored for a long time, it's possible that a simply PM could take it back on air. Try this, first, let us know the outcome, alright? Take care, God Bless. MAC.

If you have the Base Image Load System (Ghost) and the App SW Disk, maybe, it's time to reinstall all over and give the HDD a fresh and clean OS. Take care, good luck, God Bless. MAC.

Hi. I have the same problem but I dont know why all USB port are disable and I cant use the service dongle. My system stop on GE white screen when try to fill the blue bar. I tried to swap the HDD and used another CD-Drive to boot the software reload but not working. Anybody can help me. Check BIOS battery, HD and if you have a BIOS blaster CD try it restore them.

Try reloading SW.Both first Base then Appliction, make sure SW Level should be the same what you have right now on the system.
I'm stuck because I don't have BT'03 Application SW Disk. I'm looking for it hope fully If some one has it I would appreciate.

I have had the power supply also cause booting issues. Make sure and check power supply voltages.
