I have a Kodak 850 CR. It is having an error when we insert the cassette into the CR. The error code is 000951-100014. Does anybody know this error and does anyone have a list of the Kodak CR 850 error code.
oophs gave 11 not 10. No need to remove sloscan, just clean and lube the rails (not the screw!) if that is the problem it should correct it. Otherwise install new sloscan assy.

11014 - DUPLEX CAM: Timeout Error
Cause: The DUPLEX CAM malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the CASSETTE HANDLING AY.
