While the software is loading, the following error occurs: "The system did not complete initialization. Please turn off the circuit breaker on the back left side of the system at the bottom and withe for 30 seconds. Then turn the circuit breaker back on, and press the On/Stby switch. if this continues please call your service representative. Diagnostic Code :518 "
on the bottom right is a button with the setup function and on the bottom left is a button with the shutdown function

Description
Platform Monitor failed to start the Signal and Image Processing Controller
process.
Corrective Action
Possible causes: (1) SIP is not answering on named pipe or (2) Host
physical memory problem. Troubleshoot Dolphin IPL. See the article:
