Hi, follow instrucctions please: ERR 2 is Defib charging too slow.
Place equipmernt in the service mode (press and hold SYNC button. Turn the ENERGY SELECT knob to the MONITOR position. Release SYNC button after about one second. A test wawefor should appear on the CRT).
Unplug the unit from AC power. Read de battery voltage using up-down arrows. If the battery is above 12.3 volts prooceed, otherwise allow it to charge fully for 8 hours or more.
Set energy to 360 J and press the CHARGE button. The CHARGE DONE tone should indicate charge completion in less than 10 seconds.
Maybe your problem is battery damage.
