I have an Osteoporosis and Rheumathology clinic in Poland.
After BIOS battery damge in Hologic QDR4000 and replacement of the faulty battery with a new one there occured an error. There is a message reading: „Unable to determine power line frequency”.
The Hologic service doesn’t want to repair the – they want to sell us a new one. The one I have at the moment is quite old but it has performed less than 3000 scans.
Could you please help me?
