Hispeed Dx/i: "SD data error" and "aperture error"

Hi everybody
I have a problem with a Hispeed ge scanner.
I can warm up system, but I can not do Air calibration (SD data error, aperture error)
When I scan a patient, system can emit X ray but cannot reconstruct images (scout and axial), no error appear.
what is the matter with my scanner? Please help me. Thanks.
