Need TECH Support Help

Scanning ok, in the middle of a Study started getting whirlwind artifacts unable to see anatomy of scanned part, after a sequence system error.

ReBoot--- 7 of 7 warm up scan at the end gave a
Warm up Error - 152 Rebooted x3 and get the WARM UP ERROR-152 every time.

When into CAL program.... ran AIR CAL...get a REF. Channel Error.... everytime.

Did a phantom centering get different numbers everytime without moving phamtom...??

Sounds like a detector rack to me....??
Need tech support and parts.... I can change with guidance... Thanks Russel

Russ,

Most probably a bad DAS board. You must check the static board outputs and also make ceratin taht the power supplies are okay.

You can contact me at scanner1@eim.ae

I think problem should be the DAS part , it's single or band ring artifact. 14 or 22 channels bad ??? Detector supply 1000V is good ?

If you find your 1000V Supply fuse is blown, you need to check detectors impedance. It should be 10 Megaohms +/- 5%. If not may be you have a shorted detector cell.

Yes, The 1000volt fuse is blown, I replace it and it will last about 45 seconds before it blows again.....

Bnc Cable meausures 303 ohms.

What are the options?

It seems to be a shorted detector.

Xeon gas indicator is below the green about 1/4in., therefore I will replace detector.
