The current loop from Gantry to PDU.
The cause of the failure: Console Relay
Replaced the PDU Control Board in the NGPDU a week ago. Ran fine until today and got same error. This is intermittent and I can run the system for days without error. Is there another set of relays that I am missing in the NGPDU or are they calling the contactors "relays"? Thoughts?
I looked at the signals in the documentation I had and it appears that this interlock is the door switch interlock. Since the door switch is not enabled (jumped in the NGPDU) and the NGPDU Control Board was replaced I replaced the DIP (the signals appear to run through there). I have not had an issue with it so far since that replacement. If it pops again I will update this post. Thanks for the thoughts and input.

Hello,
Please check error log.for another messages,console relay(in DIP board)just stop exposure.
Probably problem with data transfer via optic fiber.
