GE CTe single slice with LINUX COMPUTER

I have CTe single slice, after the application bootup the system automatically shutdown.
before: I replace the CMOS BATTERY 3Volts on HOST linux computer and RECON computer, I reload the complete software OS and APPLICATION but I still have the same problem.
any help i will appreciate.
