I have problem during OC startup, says startMon process is already running. Request rejected. Everything is mounted correctly, what could cause the issue? Maybe faulted OC system and needs to be reinstalled?

Something happened with software.
The easiest way to solve, is reinstall.
About countermeasures, check UPS battery.
