Hi,
First confirm your monitor. You can give the video output from machine to another monitor and test.

once you have verified your monitor is not the problem. if the problem is in the normal imaging scan area it is one of the DSC boards, I believe one of 2 for the EUB 450, if the problem is outside the imaging scan area look at the Video I/O Board or CPU. Hope it helps.

you has a electronic board problem, located on memory image chips, and/or buffers.
you must use oscilloscope to check the data/address lines on the respective boards, to locate the fault.
