Hello everyone, from one QA to another from all pass to different fail. DPX-MD ver 4.7e. The graph very bad,I verified aligned are ok, I changed the detector getting some values decrease to a normal values but both curves on graphs moves back or forward when change the voltage on SBC board, but always separates not reach join it.
Any idea? I have some QA if neccesary

I thought you had resoved all your issues. Try emailing me again. Do you have a service manual? Your proplem is the voltage setting on your SBC board. AJ Garry

Now you have probably confused.
From the wrong position of "standard" (black phantom) to count ajustment( ajustment of SBC), wrong transvarse or fault HVPS, changes on alignment, solenoid assy etc you may have incorrect curves on QA test and various values failed.
I suggest you to send me a copy of one old correct QA test and some of the failed ones. It may be just an ajustment.

Most likely the upper or lower cable bundle wires for the DC voltages to the PMT Bias Power Supply.

Try to replace the high voltage supplies, positive or negative. This will solve the problem.
