By this message you should have an error in your RDD
Before rebuilding your data base , you should first repair your RDD
check your RDD with RDDUtil.exe , search it with "windows search" , should be in /ct/KBProj/develop/etc/scan/BIR/bin and launch it via kornshell windows , you should have some display configuration choise

I think you already try to format your failed disk
You can try to find on ebay same drive and repair you RDD
I checked in my training and it seems you can not too much play with your RDD like in unix system
Anyway by rebuilding your data base i mean you want to do a create image directory
So first you have to boot your system with flag off on both console (chkconfiq aquilion off)
Second "create image directory" and init all data (everything will be deleted)
reboot system with flag ON

there is indeed a failed drive, retired from the service and works by maintaining a parity error
