Antares Database Creation failed

Good day dear colleagues, I have a Siemens Antares that tries to boot up, the syngo screen is a bit smaller than usual, when the syngo counter reaches 20 tells me it has a run time error on C:/syngo/bin/CsaMainGeneric. Exe, when I hit ok tells me it failed to create the data base and gives me an access button to the service menu. Does anybody know how to create the data base on the Antares? Thanks
