Has anyone ever installed (or seen) a Advantx LC+ system with 2 advantx consoles (1 in control room, 1 in procedure room). I have been able to make it work through modification and adding a switch to remove power from 1 of the consoles, but cant see a way to add a node or find any settings to add an additional console where both work simoultaniously.It must be possible since the systems cabinet bulkhead has connections for multiple consoles. I started with configuration in service mode(console 1 node is fixed to 03), studied all central listings to look for a possible setting on the asc or console, inpscected virtual dip switches on asc computer via terminal emulation on laptop and have ran out of documentation. Any help will be greatly appreciatted.
When they first came out there was an option to have a "Shared Generator" between two rooms. We had one in Madison WI, two side by side rad only rooms. This was on an Advantx -1 series (Advantx-E could also be set up to have four separate rooms using one Generator) and I never saw another set-up like it any where in my travels with GE (20 plus years) nor any dual consoles for one room ( I checked the old config manual and it doesn't have that as an option, although I can see where it'd be nice).
