Acuson 128XP/10 encryption string codes problem

Hi, I have an acuson ultrasound in the storage for a long time, I'm planning to donate for a charity community small clinic but I have to replace the batteries so when I start the ultrasound send an error message: "simultaneous use of two trasducers not allowed please disconect one trasductor" when a transducer is disconnected the following error message appears "software sonopac for right trasducer has not been licensed please remove right tranducer". I think the encryption string codes has been wiped off, but I lost the codes, I need help to get the codes. The serial number is 19751. I appreciate all your help and good intentions.
