if your putting the string codes and reseted the machine, it's posible that you inputed the code for the cine option wrong, in that case, do the hole string code from the beginning , if this is the case it will resolve your problem, ( keeping in mind that you have the correct string code for the serial number of the machine)

Did the cine, was ok before or never the system had the cine option?(years before, the cine loop was otion feature for 128xp)
