If I could give him ratings into the negatives I would. Sold me a device that does not work at all from day one. Worst communication. I advise nobody to do business with him unless you want to lose money and give yourself a massive headache.

Fantastic seller. Best price by far for DME I purchased. Quality was also far higher than expected given the great price point. Very low hours used equipment that came with all accessories which looks and functions like brand new. Very satisfied.

Sent me broken product. Though they admitted it their fault, and I was refunded for the product, I got stiffed with over $150 in shipping charges that they were unwilling to compensate. For this reason I would not recommend or trust the seller.

There was no need for any return calls or after sale service. I did not have any problems with Boris at all! Yes I did buy a used machine but it was way cheaper than me paying a copay every month through Medicare! I just bought my second machine! Thank you Boris!
