Ross Jacobs of Mountain Family Products has provided quality service & compassionate care son who suffered a non-healing lumbar spine fracture. We were referred by well-respected board certified family and sports medicine doctor in our community who had complete faith in Ross and his bone stimulator products. When our son was faced with the possibility of lifelong back problems and possible surgeries with unknown outcomes or success, we entrusted our son's care and path to healing with Mountain Family Products. The bone stimulator products have changed the course of his healing and lead to a positive life changing medical outcome and complete recovery.

Positive experience even after sale. I’m renting a unit from Ross. He even provided a back up unit just in case there’s an issue with the first one. Unit came in a case, clean, in good working condition and looks new. Ross provided detailed instructions, information and answered all my questions.

Ross is very knowledgeable about the Exogen product. He answers texts/calls very promptly, which I really appreciated. The item was shipped to me in 2 days, with no shipping cost, and easy to use. I had microfractures in my cuboid bone in my foot/ankle - I'm not sure if this was the right fit for this specific injury (I used it for 3 months and saw some healing, but hard to attribute to the machine vs. physical therapy vs. natural healing). That said, I would highly recommend renting from Ross, as the service is top-notch and it is MUCH cheaper than going through insurance (which quoted $1,800 to me).

Ross has been fantastic to deal with! He is very knowledgeable about the product. He was easy to deal with and sent the product in a very swift manner. He provided all the pamphlets to also review about the product and answered questions in a swift manner. The product was great and helped with my healing process!

Two months after breaking my left fibula, the X-rays still did not show any sign of bone healing. My orthopedic surgeon recommended a bone stimulator but told me insurance would only consider a nonunion and approve a bone stimulator after 3 months have passed. I decided to get a headstart and to rent an Exogen device from Mountain Family Products. Ross responded quickly and answered all my questions. I received the (2) units within a few days (2nd unit is a backup in case the 1st unit needs replacement). I highly recommend Ross for bone stimulator rentals. He is very knowledgeable, and responds quickly. The contract is clear with no fine print. 5 weeks after starting my Exogen treatment, X-rays showed significant callus forming! I am a true believer in Exogen. The device stimulated my bone healing process of my fibula. I will soon start PT. Thank you Ross for your excellent customer service and for your genuine interest in making sure I followed the right steps to stimulate the healing process.

I broke my foot and was advised by my doctor that a bone stimulator would be helpful in my recovery. I found the rental on DOTmed and ordered the device. The device arrived quickly after I placed my order and I was able to start using the equipment. Ross from Mountain Family Products contacted me before shipment so that he knew what equipment I needed. After I received the item Ross contacted me again to ensure I received the item and was using it. He explained the rental process and how to return the equipment after I was finished with it. I believe that the bone stimulator has helped with my recovery. Ross ensure the rental process was easy and convenient and helped reduce the stress of an already difficult situation.

As a health professional , I was amazed at the simplicity of renting a bone stimulator unit. With insurances denying more and more, this company gives people an option that really works. I will be referring patients to this site in the future.
