We can make available all spare parts, PM Kits, Lamps, Mechanisms, probes, cuvettes, even reagents and all analyzer consumables for: Siemens, Beckman Coulter, Abbott Diagnostic, Tosoh, Olympus, Bayer, Drew Scientific, Awareness Technologies, Erba, Roche, Hitachi, Dade, Mindray, Agilent, Peak, Shimadzu AB Sciex, Varian etc.

We offer warranty on new parts, used or rebuild parts also come with warranty.

Installation by an authorized & Qualified technician is required.

With respect to items returned to IDE for repair, replacement, or credit toward the purchase of new or refurbished Products, whether or not such returned items are under warranty, Customer shall: (a) prepay the cost of shipping; (b) be responsible for loss or damage in transit; and (c) completely remove and identify on IDE’S any toxic or hazardous materials to which they may have been exposed, and indemnify and hold IDE harmless against any claims resulting from a failure to do so.
